Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using RepurposeFlow (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
RepurposeFlow processes video you upload to produce transcripts, chapters, descriptions, short clips, and captions, and — when you connect a platform such as YouTube — publishes deliverables to that platform at your direction. Features may change over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content and rights
You retain all ownership of the videos and content you upload. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload that content and to publish the resulting deliverables to any platform you connect. You grant RepurposeFlow a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others or the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including YouTube (governed by the YouTube Terms of Service) and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated transcripts and AI-generated copy may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepurposeFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RepurposeFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
